Rachel had a visit today with the pediatric surgeon and she will soon (February 13th) need surgery to have a dermoid cyst removed. She has had this cyst on her colar bone since birth and we've known that it would need to be removed at some point.
Recently, the cyst has gotten infected several times and her pediatrition told us it was time. I realize it is a very minor surgery but the thought of my sweet little being put to sleep makes me sad and a little scared! Please pray for her and us on February 13th that every goes well. Thanks for praying and we'll keep you posted. She was so brave and such a big today when she saw the doctor - I'm so proud of her!
